Director's Share Dealing
The Company received notification today that on 16 December 2009, Nishith Malde, Finance Director purchased 187,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 16.0p per share. 187,500 ordinary shares, which are treated as his holding for disclosure purposes, were also purchased by his minor child's trust at 16.00p per share on 16 December 2009.
Following the above purchases , Nishith Malde is interested in 10,159,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.81% of its issued share capital.
