Notification of Director's Other Appointment

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the 'Company') reports that Irene Dorner, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as Non-Executive Director and Chair Elect to the Virgin Money Holdings (UK) PLC Board with effect from 1 March 2018. She will join the Board of directors and Nomination Committee. Irene will become Chair of the Board and Chair of the Nomination Committee on 1 April 2018.
