("PPA" or the "Company")
Directors Interest in Warrants
On 11th August 2010 the Company was notified that VSA Capital Limited had transferred ownership of 53,881,729 warrants in PPA, representing 2.3% of the current issued share capital of the Company, to VSA Holdings Limited.
VSA Capital Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of VSA Holdings Limited so there was no change in beneficial interest. PPA Managing Director, William Voaden is a shareholder of VSA Holdings Limited.
