CLS Holdings plc ("CLS") Director's Declaration Catena AB

CLS announces that Per H SjĦberg, Chief Executive Officer, has been appointed a Director of Catena AB ("Catena") with effect from today. This disclosure is made pursuant to paragraph LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.

Catena is a listed Swedish commercial real estate company in which CLS owns 29.1 per cent of its share capital. Henry Klotz, Managing Director of CLS' German and Swedish operations, has been appointed as Chairman of Catena. Christer Sandberg, a lawyer and partner in Advokatfirman BjĦrn Rosengren, Stockholm and consultant to CLS, has been appointed a Director of Catena.

Following the above appointments, all of which are effective immediately, CLS will be represented by three out of eight members of the Board of Catena.
