LightwaveRF plc ("LightwaveRF" or the "Company"), the leading smart homes solutions provider, has been notified that Barry Gamble, Chairman of the Company, has today purchased 51,314 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 7.1 pence per share. 

Following the above purchase, Barry Gamble's total interest in the Company comprises 1,225,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.71 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
