The Company announces that Kashi Nath Memani, Non-Executive Director of Great Eastern, sold 14,500 GDRs (each representing 0.5 underlying Ordinary Shares of INR 10 each) in Great Eastern. 

Following this sale, Mr. Memani has a beneficial interest in 14,500 GDRs in the Company, representing approximately 0.01% of the total issued share capital.
