The Company was informed on 16 December that John Ballard (Non-Executive Director) has on 12 December purchased shares in the company.

John Ballard has purchased 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 10.23 pence. Following this transaction, Mr Ballard holds a total of 500,000 shares in IFL, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
