Koovs announces that it has received notification that Lord Waheed Alli, the Company's Chairman, purchased 152,500 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 65 pence per share on 2 April 2015.
As a result of this transaction Lord Alli, is now interested in a total of 4,866,786 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights in Koovs Plc, which represents 20.19% of Koovs's issued ordinary share capital.
