The Company was informed on 7 December 2012 that following the purchase on 7 December 2012 of 366,667 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.749p per Ordinary Share, Roderick Gentry, a director of the Company, is interested in 34,359,401 Ordinary Shares, representing 11.46 per cent of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
