SYNETY Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L) was notified today, 22 May 2015, that on that date, Simon Cleaver, Executive Chairman of the Group, purchased 17,182 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 87 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Simon Cleaver has a direct interest in 391,248 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.23% of the Group's total voting rights.
