Further to the announcement on 7 July 2010, the Company is pleased to announce that following the subscription on 7 July 2010 by Vanda Murray, non-executive Chairman, and Rick Smith of 1,260,504 ordinary shares and 420,168 ordinary shares, at a price of 2.38p per share, respectively; 1,680,672 ordinary shares have today been admitted to trading on AIM.

Following the subscriptions for new ordinary shares the issued share capital of the Company is 702,210,361 ordinary shares of 0.25p each.
