DIRECTOR/ PDMR SHAREHOLDING DISCLOSURE
Moscow, October 25, 2013
The Company has been notified that certain PDMRs acquired IG Seismic Services PLC GDRs (LSE: IGSS) and shares via a series of individual over-the-counter transactions with several holders of IGSS GDRs and shares. The transactions in question were the cashless exchange of GDRs and Common Class A shares of Integra Group owned by the PDMRs for the ordinary shares and GDRs of IGSS. The exchange ratio in GDR equivalent was: 1.328 Integra Group GDRs for each 1 IGSS GDR. The aforementioned transactions closed on 21 October 2013.
In accordance with its obligations and disclosure requirements (DTR 3.1.2), the Company makes the following disclosure:
