The Board of Altitude Group plc, a leading promotional products business, has been informed that on 1 October 2010, Vivienne Blumfield, Executive Director, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 16.25p per share.

Following this transaction, Mrs Blumfield has a total beneficial holding in the Company of 30,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the issued share capital.
