Notification of transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

The Company was notified on 19 July 2016 that the following Directors had, that day, acquired shares in the Company.

Stephen Gutteridge (Senior Independent Non-Executive Director) acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at 171.5 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr. Gutteridge and persons closely associated with Mr Gutteridge hold 25,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.003% of the total issued shares in the Company.

Piet Coelewij (Independent Non-Executive Director) acquired 86,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at 172.7 pence per share. Following this purchase, Mr. Coelewij holds 86,000 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.011% of the total issued shares in the Company.

David Lis (Independent Non-Executive Director) acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company at 170.5 pence per share.
