The Company announces that Peter Lawrence, executive chairman, has today bought 20,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) for £2.80 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase, Peter Lawrence and his family’s current beneficial interests in the Company, is now 11,393,176 Ordinary Shares being 17.8% of the current issued share capital.
