4imprint Group PLC02 August 2007 4imprint Group plc (the "Company") Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging ManagerialResponsibility or Connected Persons The Company received Notification on 1 August 2007 from Mr. K.J.Minton, aDirector of the Company informing it that on 1 August 2007 he exercised optionsover 200,000 shares. On the same date, Mr. K.J.Minton was granted a further 200,000 shares in theCompany and sold 100,000 shares, such sale being for the purpose of meeting partof the tax liability arising from the exercise and grant. As a result, Mr. K.J.Minton's total interest in the Company is 800,000 sharesrepresenting 3.14% of the Company's issued share capital.
