Further to the announcement of 2 October 2007, the Company wishes to correct thenumber of ordinary shares recently purchased, and the total number now held, byDirectors. The corrected figures are: Groverton Ltd. acquired a total of 5,326,773 ordinary shares in the Company("Ordinary Shares"). Following this acquisition Noam Lanir, Chief Executive Officer of the Company,is interested in 134,668,923 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 47.4%of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Lanir is interested in theseshares by virtue of the fact that he owns directly or indirectly all of theissued share capital of Groverton Management Limited, which has made theacquisition of Ordinary Shares. Ron Baron, Chief Investment Officer of the Company, acquired a total of2,270,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") directly andthrough RB Investments GmbH, and is now interested directly and through RBInvestments GmbH in 11,047,414 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.89%of the issued share capital of the Company.
