The Company was notified on 12 August 2011 that Mr K O'Byrne had acquired on 10 August 2011, 46 ordinary shares of 10p each ('Shares') in Land Securities Group PLC at 773.44 pence per share, through the reinvestment of his cash dividend.
Following the purchase, Mr O'Byrne was interested in 11,455 Shares.
