WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 July 2008, 12,602 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share Incentive Plan at a price of 270.00p per share. These shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their June pay.
