Person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) shareholding
On 1 August 2013, the Company was notified that David Casterton, a PDMR, had exercised 3,125 options under the 2010 Sharesave Scheme at an exercise price of £2.88 per share and has transferred those shares to his spouse.
Following this transaction, David Casterton has an interest of 262,969 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.
