Red24 plc ('Red24'), the AIM-quoted security and risk management consultancy today announces that the Company was informed on 14 February 2009 that on 13 February 2009, John Mocatta, non-executive director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2.1p on behalf of the John Mocatta Grandchildren's Trust. 

Following this purchase, John Mocatta remains interested in 500,000 ordinary shares, representing 1.12% of the Company's total issued share capital and the John Mocatta Grandchildren's Trust is interested in 20,000 ordinary shares representing 0.05% of the total issued share capital.
