Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it received notification:

1. on 27 September 2011 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 10,194 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at prices between 550 and 560 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 September 2011.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,977,950 Ordinary Shares (53.3%).

2. on 27 September 2011 that Richard Tice, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company purchased 3,000 Ordinary Shares at 560 pence per Ordinary Share on 23 September 2011.

Following this transaction, Mr Tice's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 258,732 Ordinary Shares (0.58%).
