As required by paragraph 3.1.4R of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules of the UK Listing Authority, the Company hereby announces that it was today notified that the following non-executive directors of HSBC Infrastructure Company Limited (and their connected persons) acquired C Shares of 0.01 pence each in the Company at a price of £1.00 per C Share in the amounts shown against their name below:
