Directors' Share Dealings
Norcros announces that on 22 December 2008 its Group Chief Executive, Mr Joseph Matthews, purchased 525,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company (“Ordinary Shares”) at a price of 5 pence per share. Mrs Susan Kelsall, the wife of Mr Nick Kelsall, Group Finance Director, also purchased 70,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 5 pence per share.
Following these purchases their beneficial interests, including the beneficial holdings of their connected persons, are as follows:
