Dillistone Group PLC02 May 2007 Dillistone Group Plc Dillistone Group Plc the specialist recruitment software company, announcesthat, following a series of institutional visits on 27th April, certain of theDirectors and Founder Shareholders (as defined in its Admission document dated14th June 2006) have agreed to sell shares to new investors in order to meetdemand. In addition, certain of the Directors and Founder Shareholders have alsoagreed to release shares to the market, in order to aid liquidity and to enablethe market to meet its further obligations following the release of shares bythe directors on 20th April 2006 and the appointment of an additional marketmaker.
