On 24 May 2016, the Company was notified that Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, as trustee of the ICAP Employee Share Trust, transferred at nil cost the following ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to the following PDMRs in satisfaction of their 2013 basic awards of shares under the ICAP plc Senior Management Long Term Incentive Plan:
