Arlington Group Ltd26 July 2007 Arlington Group Limited ("Arlington") Directors Shareholding The Company has been notified that Nicholas Barham, Executive Chairman and CEOof the Company has today concluded the acquisition of option rights over3,955,157 share options in ordinary shares of 0.5 pence ("Ordinary Shares") inthe Company. Mr Barham has acquired these option rights from existing optionholders for an aggregate consideration of £118,655. Mr Barham held no optionsprior to this transaction. The details of the options rights acquired are setout below: Options exercisable at 30 pence per share: 791,032 Options exercisable at 40 pence per share: 3,164,125 Total Option rights acquired: 3,955,157 The effect of this transaction has been to change only the holder of the optionsand the aggregate number of options granted over Ordinary Shares in the Companyremains at 4,943,946; there is, therefore, no additional dilutive effect onshareholders arising from this transaction as the options are existingsecurities already fully disclosed. Additionally Nicholas Barham has today purchased 549,143 Ordinary Shares in theCompany at 34.5 pence per share. These shares were previously held in a pensionfund of which Mr Barham is the sole beneficiary.
