Director Shareholding
Gable Holdings Inc. (GAH.L), the European non-life insurance company, announces that today William Dewsall, Chief Executive Officer of Gable, bought 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44.63 pence per Ordinary Share.
Michael Hirschfield, Group Finance Director of Gable, today bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 43.45 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the transaction, the beneficial and other interests of William Dewsall and Michael Hirschfield in the Ordinary Shares are as follows:
