On 12 September 2013, the Company was notified that Ronnie Hanna, a director and Chairman of Bowleven plc, transferred 310,135 ordinary shares of 10p each in Bowleven to his wife, Mrs Elizabeth A Y Hanna. The shares, which were gifted to Mrs Hanna, were transferred for £nil consideration.

Following this transaction, Ronnie Hanna's interest in shares in Bowleven remained unchanged at 330,135 shares.
