SYNETY Group plc (AIM: SNTY.L) has been notified that on 22 March 2016, Peter Simmonds, Non-Executive Director, purchased 60,000 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the share capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 80 pence per share for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following this purchase, Peter Simmonds' total beneficial interest in Synety is 138,055 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.0% of its total voting rights.
