Epistem was today notified that earlier today the Jeffrey G. Moore Charitable Remainder Unitrust, a U.S. based trust in which Dr. Jeffrey Moore, a Director of the Company, is a beneficiary, has sold 3,000 ordinary shares of 1.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 556p per share in order to comply with its trust rules.

Following this transaction, the current beneficial interest of Dr Jeffrey Moore is 13,593 Ordinary Shares (0.14%)
