Notification of Transactions of DirectorsThe Company wishes to announce that it received notification today that on 23rd May 2019 Kevin Parry, a Non-Executive Director and the Chairman of the Company, acquired a total of 7,720 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 1293 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction Kevin Parry and his connected persons hold a total of 47,812 ordinary shares, being 0.01% of the ordinary share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
