DIRECTORS' INTERESTS IN SHARES

The Company has been advised that 780 shares have been allocated at £9.06 under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("AESOP") which total included 13 shares for each of Lord Harris and Mr C Sollesse and 14 for each of Mr M Harris and Mr N Page.

Also included in the allocation were 14 shares for Mrs Caroline Sollesse. Shares allocated to Mrs Sollesse form part of Mr Sollesse's beneficial interest, below.
