Notification of Transactions by Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Connected Persons

The Company announces that on 19th May 2010 it received notification from Ulrich Ogiermann, director of the Company, that on the same day he purchased 53,988 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company for total cash consideration of £49,898.41 (being £0.92425 per ordinary share purchased).

Following the purchase Mr. Ogiermann holds an interest in an aggregate amount of 71,134 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
