Ovoca was notified today that Mr. Timothy McCutcheon sold 100,000 shares in the capital of Ovoca at 15 pence per share on 28 May 2012. Following this disposal, Mr. McCutcheon's interest in the share capital of the Company is 300,000 ordinary shares, or 0.34% of Ovoca's issued share capital.
