The Company was informed on 24 December 2012, that Edward Ware (CEO) sold 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 38.5p per share on 24 December 2012.
Following the sale, Mr. Ware's shareholding in the Company is reduced from 17,900,000 ordinary shares to 17,500,000, a decrease in percentage holding from 25.4% to 24.8% of the total issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
