The Company announces that it was notified on 9 May 2016 by John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, that on 6 May 2016, his wife, Dianne Whiteley, purchased 306 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,594 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 14,000 Ordinary Shares (0.03%)
