Director share dealing
The Company was today notified that Andrew Bailey, a director of the Company, transferred 205,058 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his self invested personal pension (SIPP) at a price of 41.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transfer, Mr Bailey remains beneficially interested in 256,058 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.84 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
