PDMR's Share Transaction
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Neil Smith, a PDMR, exercised his option on 1 October 2010 to purchase 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 118.5p. Subsequently on 5 October 2010 he sold 43,691 of these shares at 152p. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is now 276,309 which is 0.33% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
