Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Persons

 

Hargreaves Lansdown plc (the "Company") has received notification today from Stephen Lansdown, Non-Executive Director, that on 7 October 2010, he sold through Numis Securities Limited 13,560,843 ordinary shares of 0.4 pence in the Company ("ordinary shares") at a price of 429p per share. The number of ordinary shares sold represented 2.86% of the ordinary shares in issue.

 

Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding of Stephen Lansdown is 95.5 million ordinary shares representing 20.1% of the ordinary shares in issue.

 

Hargreaves Lansdown (Nominees) Limited is the registered shareholder as nominee for the above director.
