Avacta Group plc Director's Shareholding

Avacta Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification that Simon Webster, a director of the Company, has today sold 1,366,890 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company, to his SIPP at a price of 4 pence per share. Following this transaction, Simon Webster remains beneficially interested in 48,824,258 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.93% of the issued share capital of the Company.
