Paragon Entertainment Limited (PEL) (the "Company"), the AIM-listed visitor attractions business, was today informed that Mark Taylor purchased 1,593,628 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 4.0p earlier today. The shares were purchased in an off-market transaction from David Gray, who stepped down from the board last year as announced by the Company on 25 June 2012.

Following the transaction, Mark Taylor is interested in 1,593,628 ordinary shares of 0.1p each, representing 0.99% of the Company's issued share capital.
