Graham Atkinson purchased 27,407 of the Fund's ordinary shares and Mark Owenpurchased 1,096 of the Fund's ordinary shares on 15 December 2006. After thesetransactions, Graham Atkinson holds 27,407 of the Fund's ordinary shares,representing approximately 0.054 per cent. of the issued ordinary shares of theFund and Mark Owen holds 1,096 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.002per cent. of the issued ordinary shares of the Fund.
