Hamilton, Bermuda - In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) Hiscox Ltd advises that on 30 September 2015, Ernst Jansen, Anne MacDonald and Andrea Rosen, Non-Executive Directors, each purchased 2,128, 2,041 and 2,225 shares in the Company, respectively, at a price of 949p per share.

The transactions took place in Bermuda.
