Regarding the tender issue announced in April, all the shares tendered at 46.14p have now been delivered and placed in treasury. The number of shares now in issue, excluding treasury shares is 5,687,595.
In the tender, Michael Barnard (Director) sold 127,890 shares and now has a holding of 528,956 shares, equivalent to 9.3% of the issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
T Phanos and A Lanza both sold 42,165 shares in the tender issue and no longer have a disclosable holding.
