Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

This notification is made in accordance with DR 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 13 February 2009 Mr Constantinos Gendis who has been designated by the Board of the Directors of the Company as a person discharging managerial responsibility exercised options granted to him under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme over 18,381 ordinary shares of 1p in the Company (comprising 0.004% of the shares in issue). On the same day Mr Gendis sold the shares for a consideration of £1.78 per share.

The Company was informed by Mr Gendis of these dealings in shares on 13 February 2009. Subsequent to the above Mr Gendis holds no shares in the Company.
