Keller Group plc announces that Mr E G F Brown, a Director of the Company, has today purchased 7,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company at a price of 670p per share. As a result of this transaction, Mr Brown has a beneficial interest in 17,000 ordinary 10p shares in the Company.
