Hamilton, Bermuda - In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1) Hiscox Ltd advises that on 30 December 2015, Ernst Jansen, Anne MacDonald and Colin Keogh, Non-Executive Directors, each purchased 1,962, 1,882 and 528 shares in the Company, respectively, at a price of 1055p per share.

The transactions took place in Bermuda.
