Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 18th March 2009 that Mr Patrick Willink, Operations Director, was appointed a non-beneficial trustee on 13th March 2009 of 1,062,974 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') relating to the James Cropper 1974 Settlement Trust.

As a result of this transaction Patrick Willink has a non-beneficial interest in the Company of 1,132,408 Ordinary Shares representing 13.4% of the issued share capital of the Company and a beneficial interest of 19,781 Ordinary Shares representing 0.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The percentage calculations are based on 8,472,368 Ordinary Shares, which is the total issued share capital of the Company with voting rights.
