Murgitroyd Group PLC27 October 2006 Murgitroyd Group PLC ("Murgitroyd" or the "Group") Director/PDMR Shareholding The Board of Murgitroyd announces that it received notification on 26 October2006 that David Castle, a Director of the Group, acquired 263 ordinary shares inthe Group at a price of 373.75p per share on 26 October 2006. The shares werepurchased in the joint names of Mr Castle and his wife, Eileen Castle. Hisbeneficial interest following the purchase is 15,263 ordinary sharesrepresenting 0.184% of the total issued share capital of the Group.
